01 · Who processes your data

02 · What is collected and why
Contact form: your name, email and the message you write, so I can reply.
Configurator: the configuration you choose, the brief and your contact details, to prepare a proposal.
Newsletter: your email, to send occasional updates. You can unsubscribe at any time.
Analytics: pages visited and actions within the configurator, only if you accept cookies.
03 · Legal basis
When you write or request a quote, processing is based on the pre-contractual relationship that begins. The newsletter and analytics are based on your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
04 · Who has access
Supabase, for the database.
Vercel, for hosting the website.
Resend, for sending emails.
Google Analytics, for analytics, and only if you have accepted it.
None of these providers use your data for their own purposes.
05 · How long it is kept
Messages and quotes, for as long as the conversation makes commercial sense or there is a legal obligation to keep them. Your newsletter subscription, until you unsubscribe.
06 · Your rights
You can ask to access your data, rectify it, erase it, object to its processing, restrict it or take it with you. An email to hello@mariusfreelance.com is enough. If you believe something has not been handled properly, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).
07 · Cookies
There are only the technical cookies that make the website work and, if you accept them, those of Google Analytics. Until you accept them, Google receives nothing. You can change your choice from the website footer.
